How do I track my Order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site and choose "Review orders / track packages" to check your order status. If you chose to check out as a guest and did not set up an account at checkout (i.e. create a password), you will not be able to track your order online. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and take 3-5 days in transit. Special order items can take longer to ship as noted in the product's description.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

What is Your Return Policy/How do I return my product?
  Material cannot be returned without prior authorization. We accept returns up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. The return of obsolete, discontinued, or modified parts will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return, you will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee.
