DIF GEL removes the mess from removing wallpaper. The fast acting enzyme based formula is highly effective for fast, and easy removal of most papers.

Ready to use DIF GEL penetrates and loosens wallpaper making it easy to pull or scrape off the wallpaper, and to remove the residual paste behind the paper. DIF GEL is safe and easy to use.

The enzyme-based formula is highly effective, removing wallpaper quickly and completely. The non-drip blue gel eliminates the mess of steamers and spray-on solutions by clinging to walls and staying wet for efficient removal. DIF GEL is safe non-toxic and odor free.

ZINSSER's new DIF GEL Wallpaper Stripper is great for removing dried, heavy-duty clay-based adhesives commonly found beneath commercial wallcoverings. It even removes adhesive applied to unprimed drywall. DIF GEL liquefies the old clay-based adhesive without over-soaking the facing paper of the drywall, so it can be easily removed with a scraping tool like ZINSSER's Paper Scraper, with little damage to the facing paper.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Spread a solvent resistant drop cloth covered with

newspapers around the work area in case of drips and

spills. Protect carpeting, furniture and porous ceilings

before application. Protect eyes and skin. Wear safety

goggles and chemical resistant gloves.

Note: Ensure good cross ventilation during application.

Wear a NIOSH approved respirator when spraying.

APPLICATION

Spray on or sponge apply DIF Gel Ready-To-Use on the

wallpaper surface. Do not use a fine mist sprayer. Protect

adjacent areas from overspray. Wait 15-20 minutes and

scrape off with the Paper Scraper. If the top layer does

not peel off easily, score (10 holes per square inch) with

Paper Tiger and apply more DIF Gel Ready-To-Use

Wallpaper Stripper. Allow DIF to penetrate for

10-15 additional minutes. Repeat the application if necessary.
To remove residual adhesive, re-apply DIF Gel, wait

15-20 minutes and scrape or sponge off. Rinse with clean water.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

SPILLAGE

If spilled, contain spilled material and remove with an inert

absorbent. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container

and unused contents in accordance with local, state and

federal regulations. Clean up rags, papers and waste

promptly.

CLEAN-UP

Clean up tools and equipment with soap and water.
