When the XIM Plastic & Vinyl NT Bonding Primer is used, regular oilbase alkyd paints, water-based latex paints, 2K urethanes and 2K epoxy paints can be used to paint materials made of many plastics. High solids formula. Interior/Exterior. For best results be sure the surface is clean and dry, free from dust, grease, wax, oil, loose paint, dirt and other surface contaminants.
