This is my go-to machine when faced with medium sized single color areas. The titan 440 has been able to handle every choir I have had the pleasure of putting on it. When back rolling outside unfinished cinder block walls using a RX-80 Tipped with a 10-12-521. (A tip that meets or perhaps exceeds the maximum size for the 440) Handles well in short runs. I don't recommend running your machine like this I did only because the heavier duty one's were at another location, and this particular site was less than 1000sqf. That said it still performed like a champ.
