Cross-linking epoxy floor bonding primer that improves adhesion with its ultra-fine, nano-sized particles that penetrate deeply into the concrete while locking down the chalk. Provides clean substrate for topcoat of paint. Meets California VOC regulations. Resin rich, no fillers. Great primer for any bare concrete substrate.
