Rust-Oleum Sierra Performance MetalMax® DTM Acrylic Enamel Primer is a water-based formula that contains no VOCs, HAPs or solvent odor and is ideal for schools and settings where paint fumes are an issue. Increases the performance of Sierra Performance™ top coats. Optimizes corrosion protection; covers old surface color to prepare for a uniform top coat. Top coat with Beyond™ or MetalMax® acrylic enamels. PRODUCT FEATURES For interior/exterior use; dries in 30 minutes Applies direct-to-metal (DTM), including galvanized steel, rusted steel and aluminum Meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact; LEED approved No hazardous air pollutants WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
