Rust-Oleum Sierra Performance Griptec™ Acrylic Primer is a water-based formula contains no VOCs, HAPs1 or solvent odor and is ideal for settings where paint fumes are an issue. Offers outstanding adhesion on difficult-to-paint surfaces—plus zero VOCs. Promotes adhesion on smooth/slick surfaces. Also ideal for general-purpose priming; for interior/exterior use. Top coat with Beyond™ enamel. For steel substrates, prime with MetalMax™ PRODUCT FEATURES Dries fast — 30 minutes to touch and tack free; immediately sandable when dry Provides excellent stain-blocking power; tolerates pH levels up to 13 Meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact; LEED approved No hazardous air pollutants WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
