Rust-Oleum®’s Imagine Color Shift colors contain advanced light interference pigments that change color depending on the light source. You only need to move your painted object around to see the color shifting effect from one color to the next! Color Shift paints provide a special effect to bikes, helmets, running boards, rims, skateboards, and home decor items. Ideal for surfaces such as ceramic, metal, glass, and plastic. Must apply over a black basecoat (such as Rust-Oleum’s Imagine Color Shift Black Basecoat) for best results. The more coats, the more dramatic the effect will be.

4 of 5 Multi-step results from a single can. September 9, 2022

I used the Pink Champagne and Blue Galaxy to do a pair of 49cc scooters, 1 color each. The results are incredible! Prep was standard, clean-up too. Pink Champagne over black gets a spectrum from magenta/purple to red/orange to copper/brown and then some. Blue Galaxy over white (not what Rustoleum recommends) becomes "PERFECT PEARL" in a can. A good clear over the whole project gives absolutely professional-looking results. They are a little spendy, but you really do get what you have paid for. I will buy again and I do recommend for any who are looking for something different and impressive.
