For the fastest possible priming with the V7400System, start with Rust-Oleum High Performance V7400 System Fast Recoat Primer. Great for general maintenance and shop applications. Can be left exposed up to 6 months without top-coating. Top coat with V7400 System DTM 450 VOC Alkyd Enamel.
