The QLT by Marshalltown Blue Steel Scarifier is made of lightweight yet sturdy, flexible blue steel. The comfortable handle is attached to a non-corrosive aluminum backer plate. 1/4" wide, 3" long tines will easily scratch the plaster undercoat to promote a good bond with the finish coat. **Ships in 5 to 10 days**
