Majic Water Sealer provides a water-tight shield. It dries to a clear matte finish that prevents moisture from seeping into the surface. Majic Water Sealer provides long lasting water-repellent protection on concrete, wood, canvas and brick. It guards against wood warping and cracking, concrete efflorescence, brick flaking, chalking or weathering. Can be painted over with oil-base paint. Easy to apply with brush, roller, or spray.

SURFACE PREP: Surface must be thoroughly dry and clean, free of oil, grease, dirt, loose mortar, etc. Water Sealer may cause bleeding on internal color in white bricks and certain color coatings on stucco and masonry. Test a small area to insure compatibility before proceeding. Use a block filler on highly porous cinder block before applying this product. APPLICATION: Stir well before using. A test patch to insure compatibility is recommended before coating entire surface. Apply generously with brush, roller or low pressure spray to point of saturation without leaving any excess on horizontal areas. Temperature should be above 50°F. Water Sealer may be applied on previously painted surfaces if porous enough to allow penetration of sealer. Two coats are recommended on surfaces that are not to be painted. Allow the first coat to dry 4-24 hours before recoating.
