Where is my order? Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site and choose "Review orders / track packages" to check your order status. If you chose to check out as a guest and did not set up an account at checkout (i.e. create a password), you will not be able to track your order online. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and take 3-5 days in transit. Special order items can take longer to ship as noted in the product's description.
