JOMAX is economical: One gallon of JOMAX makes twenty gallons of solution - a fraction of the cost of pre-mix cleaners.
JOMAX is effective: The patented JOMAX formula kills mold and mildew on contact, while removing dirt and stains, yet will not damage glass, aluminum or painted surfaces.
Use JOMAX for routine cleaning or for prepainted mildew control. Kills mildew on exterior non-porous surfaces such as: aluminum and vinyl siding and stucco; painted wood, doors and trim; painted brick, concrete or cement block; stained or painted decks and fences; and patio furniture.
JOMAX is an EPA registered mildewcide concentrate. It's unique ChlorRelease bleach activator magnifies the strength of chlorine bleach but at low concentration levels so it will not damage painted surfaces and can be used near plants and shrubs. The detergent cleaning system in JOMAX loosens dirt and stains, eliminating the need for scrubbing. To clean mildew-infected surfaces, liberally apply properly mixed JOMAX solution... When used as directed JOMAX will not damage painted surfaces, aluminum or glass and can be used near plants and shrubs.

IMPORTANT
This product is for outdoor use only. Test on
inconspicuous area before applying to ensure favorable
results. Wear old clothes and shoes, eye protection and
rubber gloves during use. Do not mix with any other
chemicals or cleaners as hazardous fumes may occur.

1 quart Jomax makes 5 gallons of solution, treats 1,000 square feet
PREPARATION
Spray all surrounding plants and vegetation liberally with
water before and after application. Cover delicate
vegetation to avoid damage. Do not allow Jomax
House Cleaner and Mildew Killer to come in contact with
fabrics.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Shake well before using. Mix in the proper proportions with
bleach and water (80% water, 15% bleach, and 5%
Jomax) according to the label directions.
Pour water into a tank-type garden sprayer or plastic pail. Add household bleach (Chlorox®) to the water. Shake
Jomax House Cleaner and Mildew Killer concentrate
thoroughly and then add the concentrate to the solution.
IMPORTANT
Follow manufacturerâ™s precautions when using bleach.
Use immediately after mixing. The prepared Jomax
solution remains effective for 3 hours after mixing. Do not
allow solution to contact fabrics. Mixture may be applied in
areas adjacent to plants, shrubs and trees.
APPLICATION
Apply with a tank-type garden sprayer, airless or chemical
sprayer. Spray surfaces liberally and wait 5 minutes.
Thoroughly rinse the treated surfaces and surrounding
areas with large amounts of water. Heavy mildew stains
may require a second application. Textured surfaces may
require light scrubbing. For best results, rinse surfaces
with a pressure washer (follow manufacturerâ™s instructions
for tip size and pressure setting). As a precaution, spray
sensitive plants with water before and after Jomax
application.
CLEAN-UP
Clean sprayer with water and baking soda or a non-ammonia
cleaner.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Protect from freezing. Always keep the container tightly
closed and store in a cool dry place at temperatures
between 40-80°F (4-27°C). Product may discolor during
storage. Color changes do not affect product performance.
Dispose of container and unused contents in accordance
with federal, state and local requirements.
