How do I return an item? We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return. You will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee.
