A must have for chalked paint

I have been painting for over 30 years. I have painted mostly new homes in those 30 plus years. I had never used UB before but we had a job that the paint was still chalking even after washing so I asked around and bought enough EB for the first coat. It works great! I was in a hurry and had to re-coat a section we had painted a couple of hours before. I leaned the ladder on the paint painted over a section and pulled the ladder back and I held my breath! I hoped that it did not stick to the ladder and it did not peel the paint off! I will use UB again when it is called for. This is a great product.
